Antonio Azzuolo Fall 2011 Collection

A return to elegance and glamour from the Thirties was Antonio Azzuolo’s inspiration for this season’s collection. He drew inspiration from the Séeberger brothers, the early street-style photographers who shot Deauville and other French resort towns in the 1930′s.
Antonio’s taste for fantastic fabrications is evident in his choice of luxurious materials such as White Fox Fur, Persian Lambs Wool and Linton Tweeds (which are coveted by Chanel) for this year’s collection.
Spending years among the kings and queens of the luxury word: Ralph Lauren’s Black and Purple Labels, Hermès and Kenzo, while having a father as a tailor, has given Antonio a fantastic signature cut.
This season’s looks in navy, bright red and light pinks, are mixed with double breasted and light pagoda shoulder blazers with lapels lined with lamb.
Some great modern classics were the pop-over anoraks, the mini capes with hoodies and the fantastic take on raw denim.
